My signature experience is a 100 minute ritual called Sanctuary embodying the power of touch, crystal healing, reiki and sound set around an intention set by you guiding you back into your body.

Option to have a 60 minute embodied reiki or facial experience.

Maintaining hormone health and balance in our chaotic lives can be a challenge. I created these experiences to allow you to gift yourself a moment to return within, and be nurtured. As we de-stress, we allow our minds to switch off and the body to do the speaking for us.

It is space for you to process everything through your body.

Skin disharmonies are often a method used by the body to communicate with us. Depending on their location and symptoms we can work internally to explore the root and begin to heal often rooted in hormone or gut health.

These experiences are for all who want to come back into or sustain balance within to feel lighter, de stressed and connected to their body.

More than just a treatment 

Rebalance from Within originally started as a holistic facial and has organically grown into experiences honouring the mind, body and spirit to support you in your hormonal journey. Join me in a sacred cocoon guiding you to once again trust your body and the wisdom she holds.

Our lives are often governed by stress, leading to living everyday in cycles of high cortisol. Our stress response takes priority over our reproduction cycle causing dis-harmony. Moments like these create cocoons to support your body in releasing every day stress and coming back into a relaxed state of being. In doing so allowing our hormones to find balance and us to once again reconnect.

Reiki, sound and crystal healing work by activating and aligning all our energy centres and clearing stagnant energy. This is an opportunity to return within creating an awakened sense of flow, and the remembrance of our natural state of balance.

Our jaw and heart spaces are directly connected to our womb space these experiences help to energetically bring them together in unison nurturing our body and awakening our fertility.

The rituals

Sanctuary ~ My 100 minute signature transformational ritual is an opportunity to return to your home within, creating an awakened sense of flow on a physical and energetic level. It includes a full facial treatment, embodied reiki, crystal, sound rebalancing and healing.

£120 - 100 minutes

Aphrodite ~ a luxurious nurturing facial ritual: an infusion of reiki energy with the focus of a facial massage. Including a neck and shoulder massage interweaving a variety of beautiful natural products and techniques. Acupressure and Gua Sha may be used.

£75 - 60 minutes £90 ~ 80 minutes

Replenish ~ a 75 minutes reiki ritual: a cocoon of scent, crystals and vibrational healing activating and clearing the energetic body. Including an optional heart opening chest and shoulder massage to offer deep rest into the body. An invitational space at the start and end to share.

£70 - 75 minutes

Space ~ an online distance reiki session just as potent as the in-person but with the ease of slipping it into your diary and without the travel.

Meeting online to start our session holding space for you to share and set intentions. Once comfortable I will guide you through a mediation paired with your intention and leave you in your cocoon of rest to receive the energy.

  • I want you to leave feeling nurtured, guided and empowered. We go deeper than your average treatment by interweaving different modalities to provide you with a deepened journey into exactly what your body needed. I create a sacred space for this to be explored. Within sacred space you find rituals.

  • A luxurious experience that includes a neck and shoulder massage. I use a variety of products and techniques including manual lymphatic drainage, acupressure, lifting, toning and Gua Sha to nourish your skin, mind, and body.

  • Our face (and body) contain many pressure points which connect mecidian channels within. When ativated through light pressure it helps to release energy blockages, leading to an overall sense of relaxation, and improved flow throughout the body.

  • A holistic approach offers a long term way of rebalancing. By addressing the underlying imbalances and supporting wellbeing on all levels – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, I nurture the whole of you. My main aim is to empower you to take control of your own health when it comes to rebalancing your hormone and awakening your fertility.

  • This completely depends on the individual and the symptoms. Most commonly clients will choose a package initially, and then when they feel a sense of balance visit me each month or when feels good to them o maintain their inner and outer balance.
