Affirmation crystal bracelets are a physical touch point and a reminder of an intention and affirmation you are working with. Your special word is paired with a crystal to amplify it helping you to fully embody and integrate it into your being and life.
Positive words and affirmations can help us become the best versions of ourselves. They can help us grow, lower stress levels and improve our overall well-being.
Created as the world shut down and I was forced to face myself. I started working with affirmations and positive words to change my mindset about how I felt about myself and the world. This felt quite unnatural for me as I have struggled with words most of my life from spelling to reading them so to make friends with them once more was very healing.
At the same time my friend was going a rough period and I wanted to give her something that made her feel less alone and to connect to throughout the day. So I bought crystals to amplify the word and made my first crystal affirmation bracelet. I see them as a powerful wellbeing tool to hold your hand through any given situation
Since then I have shared my passion for words with people all over the world, last year I took my bracelets to Medicine Festival and loved being able to share my story and the bracelets with people in person.

Intentional Bracelet Making Circles
-
We always work around a specific theme
-I begin by creating a safe welcoming container.
-We journey though a mediation that connects you to the theme we are working with.
-After the meditation you will be guided to chose an affirmation and guiding word that resonated.
-Then we do a journaling practise to deeper our affirmation to give it more meaning and depth
-Over a healing cup of herbal tea we create our bracelets together. This can be in quiet or you can chat.
-I then close then close our space with sharing circle if you feel called to share.
Investment £35 includes your bracelet to take home and a cup of tea.
