Face ritual ~ A rebalancing treatment combining natural facials with reiki, sound and crystals.
I believe in the power of interweaving the physical and the energetic allowing us to deepen the work.
Choose between my signature 90 minute embodied experience or a 60 minute focusing on one element either a facial or reiki session.

A break down of the experience
Allowing your mind to switch off and your body to do the talking for you. Reiki works by connecting and aligning all our chakras and energy allows for the body to return to its natural state of balance.
Our root cause can be from a situation we are holding within that happened many years ago or is even ancestral. Sometimes we don’t know why we feel a certain way and that’s often we are carrying something that isn’t ours to hold. Reiki helps to release this tension we may or may not be aware of.
Our faces are maps to our body within. The type and location of your skin upsets allows us to work internally to explore the symptoms. We have many acupressure points in our face and when they are stimulated it helps to shift the energy creating a deeper sense of softening and flow throughout the whole body.
I weave the two add crystals and sound elements which help to deepen the rebalancing that can happen within. Every treatment is different and tunes into what you, your body and your skin are needing during this time. Gorgeous natural and effective products are used to complement my treatment to leave you with vibrant and awoken skin.
When you leave me expect to feel deeply relaxed with the space to meet and explore anything that may of come up within the sessions or is in your life.

Each facial is bespoke and tailor-made for you and your skin. Natural products from ethical brands are used chosen based on your skin type to achieve lasting results. During the consultation we will walk through your skin journey, any goals you want to achieve with our session and any skin concerns you have.
A playlist of healing sounds will take you deeper into relaxation. The full moon facial incorporates a full body retreat including chakra rebalancing through sound healing with tuning forks and my crystal pyramid.
You will leave feeling recharged, rebalanced and rejuvenated.
